non-functional air conditioning insect influx
the absence of room service was inconvenient. i also found the air conditioning in the room to be non-functional, resulting in reliance on an open window. this led to an influx of insects. the hotel seemingly operates as an airbnb, which i found substandard.

cool hotel helpful staff
The hotel was quite cool despite the heatwave. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel was useful. I liked the short walk to many restaurant choices.
I wish the hotel had given better information about local driving restrictions. It would have been helpful!

the pool was open early , a total win ! the room faced the garden , it had every single thing i needed. staff members were so helpful , really going above and beyond. breakfast was super delicious and well worth the price , i loved it.
i would have loved a dining option directly at the hotel , it is a very slight inconvenience.

staff were warm and quick during reception , a total plus. they were always friendly and eager to assist with any questions , i felt so welcome. the location is really good for car travelers.

it is easy to walk to many restaurants and cafes from here , super convenient. city attractions are also within walking distance , that's a huge plus. a grocery store is very close by.

my room was very spacious and clean , i loved it. the building's architecture is beautiful. the garden is pretty. it all added to the charm and comfort of my stay , i felt so good there.

dated decor expensive parking
The location was acceptable. I could walk to the train station.
The room's decor felt dated. The air conditioning barely worked. It was quite stuffy. Parking cost an extra 30 euros per night, a fee I found excessive.
